    Application Guidelines
    • Be a non-profit agency/school, public or private, servicing children K-20
    • Submit a 501(c)(3) with the application. (Schools are exempt)
    • Reside in NE Washington Educational School District 101 counties: Adams, Ferry, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, Whitman.
    • No employee salaries and/or individual scholarships are awarded
    • Administration and board support is required

    Quality and Impact: Student learning objectives, visionary, impactful, and aligned with WA State Standards.

    Innovation/Redesign: Bold, creative, and engaging with evidence of systemic changes.

    Budget: Complete, researched, and cost-effective.

    Assessment: Clearly defined, measurable, and sustainable with plans for support.

    Legacy: Supports the mission of The Hagan Foundation and honors its legacy.

    MAIL: ELEVEN (11) copies of the completed application that are stapled, three hole punched, no paper clips

    Application packets must be postmarked by NOVEMBER 1st.
